That’s just the fancy name we give to the hampers that you place your clothes into for service pick-up and delivery.

You’ll receive free pick-up and delivery of your laundry, in addition to a wash, dry, and fold service that meets your requirements. Free laundry protection is also included in your service.

You are covered by our LP Protection Plan.

You can choose the detergent type (standard, hypoallergenic, or provide your own), tell us whether you want clothes washed in cold, warm, or hot water, determine whether you want your clothes placed in a dryer or hang dried, and you can also indicate whether you want to have fabric softener used or not.

Currently, our laundry pros do not use stain removal products, treat stains, or provide services like ironing, lint removal, or shoe cleaning.

Our pricing is simple –
$1.85 per pound of laundry, with a 10 pound minimum.

When you are getting clothes picked up for the first time, we will arrive and transfer your clothes to one of our LaundroPods. When the wash and fold is complete, we will return your clothes to you in the LaundroPod (now tagged and labeled with your name and address). Then, the next time you need to request a pick-up, you will be able to pre-load the LaundroPod with your laundry before we arrive. You can also request more bags at anytime, at no additional cost to you.

A. Short answer, yes, in limited circumstances. We prioritize safety and cleanliness. We cannot accept laundry that poses a risk to our staff or equipment, including items contaminated with bed bugs, fleas, roaches, or any biohazardous materials. Furthermore, to maintain sanitary conditions, we request that your laundry does not contain feces, urine, blood, or vomit beyond typical household traces.

Additionally, we kindly ask that you ensure there is no excessive pet hair on your items before submitting your order. To uphold these standards, violators may be subject to a $20 fee, with the laundry returned as received, and the possibility of account closure. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and hygienic environment for everyone.

You can request to have washed as many LaundroPods as you would like. However, over-stuffing your LaundroPod will incur a fee comparable to purchasing a second LaundroPod. Your LaundroPod must be able to fully close. If it cannot, then your LaundroPod is over-stuffed and you will incur additional charges for the extra laundry.

When placing your order, you are able to indicate any of the following delivery options:

  • Drop-off (in a designated area)
  • In-person delivery
  • Drop-off to a front desk/concierge


You can also indicate whether you would like the delivery person to call you when they arrive. You will always receive a notification text letting you know that they are on their way and when they arrive.

A. You can request to wash as much laundry as you want at one time. However, if you wash more than 60 pounds of laundry at once, we will require additional days to complete your order. Any overnight washes are also limited to 60 pounds of laundry. If your order requires more days to complete, you will be notified by text message.

LaundroPod allows orders to be canceled at no charge, so long as you order is canceled at least 12 hours ahead of the scheduled pickup or delivery. If you cancel with 12 hours or less left leading up to your pickup or delivery time, you will be charged a $2.99 cancellation fee.

A. Too many unaccepted items may result in a canceled order. Unaccepted items consist of the following items:

  • Pillows
  • Comforters
  • Curtains
  • Commercial linens – including event tablecloths
  • Sofa covers
  • Area rugs
  • Sleeping bags
  • Dog beds
  • Grow clothes (hemp-based)
  • Restaurant linens
  • Specialty care clothing items
  • Wedding dresses
